Free Product and discounts - Employees are eligible to receive six FREE doughnuts whilst on shift during breaks and discounts on certain products and merchandise
Parental Leave - We offer paid parental leave to all full time and part time employees with 12 months continuous service. Team Members and Team Leaders receive 6 weeks and Managers receive 12 weeks.

Career opportunities

What's inside the box is extremely important to us. We realise, however, that the most important ingredient in making great doughnuts is our people. We hire great people so we can make great doughnuts.

We recruit across 6  different areas of our business, Doughnut Production, Doughnut Processing, Retail, Store Management and Support Office.

Doughnut Production – this team is responsible for making our doughnuts from fresh ingredients every day. You need to be able to understand and operate our machinery, follow instructions and made adjustments to the process along the way to ensure the doughnuts you produce are a consistently high standard. You also need to be able to safely lift our heavy bags and buckets of ingredients and be able to competently operate in a food safe environment.

Doughnut Processing – these people follow a recipe and hand dip, dunk and sprinkle our doughnuts to produce beautiful and consistent products that our customers will love.  You need to be able to safely work in physical and repetitive role and competently operate in a food safe environment.

Retail – our Retail team share our love of doughnuts directly with our customers. We want our team to giving each customer a special Krispy Kreme experience when they come in to purchase our doughnuts, coffee, or freshly made drinks.

Store Management – we look for people focused leaders who are able to maintain the focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Support Office – we have a small, but dedicated team of people who support our people in store from Finance, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain to Business Development and Account Management.
