Products & Nutrition
What animal products are used in your doughnuts?
The only animal by-products used in the manufacturing of our doughnuts are eggs (whites and yolks) and dairy products including milk, butter, yoghurt, whey, non-fat milk and non-fat whey. Our doughnuts are cooked in a low Trans Fatty Acid (TFA) blended vegetable oil. We also use wheat in our doughnuts, including bran, germ, gluten, starch and flour. Krispy Kreme doughnuts do not contain alcohol products manufactured to be consumed as a beverage, such as liquors, wine or beer. Ethyl alcohol can occur in products as the result of the fermentation process of yeast-raised products, however this naturally occurring ethyl alcohol evaporates during the cooking process.

Are Krispy Kreme doughnuts Halal certified?
Krispy Kreme Australia respects the dietary customs of our valued customers and has achieved Halal Certification across all of our stores for our doughnuts.
What if I am allergic to nuts?
We recognise the challenge that nut related allergies present.
We do not knowingly add any peanuts or other nuts to any of our other doughnuts and drinks but unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee that our doughnuts are 100% nut free.
I have food allergies. Can I find out what ingredients are used in your doughnuts?

What are Trans Fatty Acids (TFA)?
While fat content varies between doughnut flavours, TFA content has been significantly reduced across the board. Our signature doughnuts contain between 0.1g to 0.3g of TFA per single serve across our range, which is well below the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommended daily limit of TFA (1% of total kilojoules consumed), and is considered “virtually zero” in some countries including the US. Do you use sustainable palm oil?
In Australia, Krispy Kreme is committed to being a responsible corporate citizen who is active in contributing to a fair and sustainable environment in which we operate.
In November 2015 Krispy Kreme updated its shortening process which is now locally refined and packaged, containing locally grown and processed non-GM canola and RSPO mass balanced sustainable palm sourced from RSPO certified suppliers.
Do you deliver to my area?
We always deliver Fresh! To ensure we only deliver the best product, we have a limited range of where we can deliver our doughnuts to. We currently only deliver in selected areas across NSW, VIC, QLD and WA.

We do not deliver to South Australia or the Northern Territory. For Tasmanian orders or areas not in our deliver zone, please contact us and we can attempt to find a delivery solution for you.
Can I order for delivery today (same day delivery)?
We currently do not offer same delivery. You will need to order before 5pm on the day prior to your required delivery day.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on your delivery address, delivery time requirements and the value of the products in your shopping basket. Delivery fees start from $2.95 for a 'Regular' delivery service.
You can obtain a delivery cost estimate by entering your suburb, postcode and clicking ‘Estimate Shipping’ on the Checkout page.
When do you deliver?
We can deliver your sweet treat any weekday during business hours, except public holidays. You can choose from the following delivery options:
Regular - Delivery within working hours of 8am-5pm.
Fast - You can choose from delivery before 12pm.
A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
Can I get a delivery on the weekend?
Delivery is not available weekends or on public holidays. However, you can place an order online for collection in-store on these days.
Do I have to be at delivery address to receive my delivery?
Yes, someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
If the delivery address is unattended our couriers are authorised to leave the goods in a safe location. If a safe location cannot be found, the courier will return the goods to Krispy Kreme and an additional delivery fee will be charged if you require a re-delivery.
How can I change my order or delivery details?

You can only make a change to you order up until 3pm on the day before your delivery.
Opening your delivery box?
We have developed a unique delivery box to help maintain freshness and avoid bumps and damage to your doughnuts during delivery.
To open the box:
Tear the perforated section away on the top of the box and remove the lid - you may need to cut the tamper proof sticker.
Lift the lid off the base box
Remove the doughnuts
Note: if you are having difficulty removing the doughnut boxes, you can open the side of the outer cardboard box, by opening the side of the base box

How do I place an order for pick-up at Whitford City Centre store?
You can now order online for collection in-store at Whitford City centre and Myaree stores in WA.

Can I pick my own mix of Assorted Doughnuts?
We’ve created a special ‘Mix your own Dozen’ option for when you want to choose your doughnuts.

How do I qualify?
In order to qualify for the use of our FUN-draising pricing, an organisation must qualify as a non-profit organisation as defined in one of the following ways:
Community – Funds are being used to support community-based activities devoted exclusively to charitable, educational, or recreational purposes and not for individual gain.
Charitable – Funds are being used to support a registered charitable organisation.
Educational – School or school related organisation such as band, club, and student or parent group associated with a school or educational institution.
Please note: Not-for-profit organisations will be permitted to fundraise once a quarter.
What is Dozens Delivery?
Dozens Delivery is our online pre-payment system that allows you to conveniently pre-order our doughnuts by the dozen from the comfort of your workplace or home. You can choose from pick up in store or delivery direct to your door!
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum order of 1 Dozen applies to all online orders.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can log in to your account and view the order status by clicking on your open order. If you are having any difficulties or have any questions, please contact us.
Has my online order been successfully submitted?
Once your order has been successfully submitted you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. If you are a registered member and have an online account with us you are able to view your order history.
How much does it cost? Is the GST included in the price stated online?
We offer our products by the dozen at standard retail prices. We also offer our limited edition featured doughnuts for delivery customers. All prices are inclusive of GST.
What currency is the payment calculated in?
All orders are charged in AUD$ Australian Dollar.

Yes you can. We now have payment by Paypal available when making an online purchase.
Can I pay on delivery?

We endeavour to provide you with a safe environment to place your order and make payment. We use the latest encryption and online security methods to keep your details safe via our payment partner eWay and the Westpac Merchant facility program.

Do you accept vouchers or coupons with my Dozens Delivery order?
Sorry, but we do not accept coupons or vouchers in the Dozens Delivery program.
I have a promo code, what is it and how do I use it?
From time to time we like to reward our online customers with special offers by providing a limited use promo code. This code is applicable to online purchase only. When shopping online you will be required to enter your “Discount Code” to redeem the offer.

Can I change my order details?
Of course! Changes to your Dozens Delivery order will be accepted until 3pm AEST the weekday prior to delivery. To make changes to your order, please e-mail us at KK2YOU@krispykreme.com.au before 3pm.
How do I place an order for a corporate event?
You can either order online and register as a company or if you have a special request or a very large order, please contact us to discuss.
Need to return a product or received damaged product?
You need to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged or if there is a shortfall in your order, you must contact our Head Office within 3 hours of receiving your order. Click here to view our Returns Policy.
Can I buy a Krispy Kreme gift card?
We do not offer gift cards/vouchers for purchase.
Can I do one order and send it to multiple addresses?
You sure can! Our new Multi-shipping option allows you to send to multiple addresses from the one order.
Multi address instructions:
1. To send doughnuts to multiple addresses, add the total number of dozens you would like to send to all addresses into your basket before checkout.
a. Example – If you want to send 1 dozen to 20 addresses - add 20 dozen.
2. From your Shopping Bag click on "Multiple Address Checkout". You can also check the suburbs of your recipients on this page to ensure we have a delivery service to their area.
3. You will need to login to your shopping account or register for one if you are a new customer. You cannot checkout with a multi-shipping order as a guest.
4. Enter in your recipient addresses one at a time, once you have finished click on “Continue Checkout”.
5. Each dozen in your cart will now be listed on an individual line next to which is a dropdown.
a. Example – if you have added 20 dozen doughnuts, they will each be listed individually.
6. Select the address to be delivered to per line from the dropdown. If the address does not exist in your address book, click on "Enter a New address" – from there you can add as many new addresses as you need.
7. Once you have associated each line with an address, click on "Continue to shipping information”.
8. Here, each address will be split into an individual order and you can select the delivery date and add a gift message.
9. Select the shipping method per address for your preferred dates and select “Continue to Billing Information”.
10. Enter any coupon codes and your payment details.
11. Review and place your order.
- At step 8, you will receive individual delivery quotes per address – some addresses we might not be able to deliver to, you can delete these addresses at any time.

What products are available in-store?
We have a standard range of doughnuts available throughout the year as well as limited time only and seasonal doughnuts. Other products available are – Coffees, Milkshakes, Soft Drinks and Baked Goods. Availability of products is subject to store location.
What is the best way to store Krispy Kreme doughnuts?
Our doughnuts are a freshly made product and therefore need to be cared for as you would a cake or pastries. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are made with ingredients which have similar attributes as those used to make bread. Therefore, just as a loaf of bread is best eaten fresh, so too are Krispy Kreme doughnuts. To maintain your Krispy Kreme doughnuts in optimum condition, we recommend that you store them in a temperature under 18 degrees and out of direct sunlight. To keep Krispy Kreme doughnuts at their freshest after their first day at home, you can freeze the doughnuts and reheat in the microwave.
Can I freeze my Krispy Kreme doughnuts?
The brilliance of a Krispy Kreme doughnut is best when fresh. If however you choose to freeze the doughnuts for a later date, make sure you seal them in an airtight package to ensure the ageing process is halted while in the freezer.
What about reheating?
This is a dish which will have your guests drooling. If you can’t eat them fresh, take your frozen ones out of their airtight package in the freezer and pop them in the microwave for 8 seconds. It’s not exactly like having a hot one from a Krispy Kreme Factory Store, but some say it’s pretty close.

Journey to Glazetopia - Google VR Headset
The video is blurry, or I’m experiencing double-vision. Am I doing something wrong?
For the best 360 experience, you should watch on WiFi on auto. Quality will depend on network connection speeds. If there is any lag, pause the video and let it buffer for a few seconds.
Depending on your phone or quality of the connection it can start out at 360s for the first 15-20 seconds then progressively move to 1440.
The centre line on the video should line up with the centre of the headset.
Depending on your smartphone and your eyesight, you may need to adjust the smartphone or headset up, down, left or right or position the headset slightly further from your face.
Which phones can I watch the 360 video on?
You can watch Journey to Glazetopia on any Android or iPhone. Make sure you have the operating system 4.1+ for Android and 9.1+ for iOS.
Most recent phone models with an Accelerometer and Gyroscope sensor are supported. We recommend using a smartphone with a 4”-6" screen to be fully immersive.
NOTE: Smartphones a year or two older may suffer from poor frame rate, latency and other issues.
Can I watch the video on any phone?
You will need an Android or iOS smartphone.
Check if your smartphone has an Accelerometer and Gyroscope sensor – these are pieces of hardware that enable users to view 360 videos.
Refer to your smartphone’s user manual or search for the specs online.
Video doesn’t work for me. What do I do?
Make sure you’ve downloaded the latest YouTube App.
You will not be able to watch the 360 video with a VR Headset without the latest version of YouTube App.
Cairns Virtual Pop-up
I see you have a Cairns Virtual Pop-up. What does that mean?
In a first of its kind, we’ve created a ‘Virtual Pop-up’ Krispy Kreme store.
It’s a limited time only pop-up store on our website. You order our scrumptious doughnuts via the Cairns Virtual Pop-up, we bring the doughnuts to pre-determined location in Cairns and you collect them from the location.
How do I order doughnuts?

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping cost is included in the product cost already. There is no extra shipping cost involved.
Do I need to bring anything to collect my order?
You will need a copy of your Order Confirmation e-mail. Show it to us on your phone or a printed copy.
I didn’t get my order confirmation e-mail.
Sounds like your order hasn’t gone through successfully! Give us a call on 1300 552 968 and we’ll check for you.
Can I change my pick-up date or time?
We’re not able to change the pick-up date for your order. If you can’t make it on the hour you selected on your pick-up date, your order will be available to collect between 3pm – 8pm on your selected date.
Are my doughnuts fresh?
They sure are! We will be making and delivering fresh doughnuts to Cairns location on both dates.
I have a coupon code, can I use it for my Cairns Virtual Pop-up order?
We generally have event specific offers and coupon codes. There are no offers for our Cairns Virtual Pop-up. If you do have a coupon code, it will not apply to this event or ‘the Kremeslander Dozen’.
