What is the cost per Dozen
$39.95 per Custom Doughnut Design without edible logo. (Minimum order quantity of 3 Dozen per design applies)
$55.95 per Custom Doughnut Design including edible logo. (Minimum order quantity of 8 Dozen per design applies)
What is the minimum Order Quantity
We have a minimum order quantity of 3 Dozen per Custom Doughnut Design if you do not require an edible logo.
For Custom Doughnut Orders that do require an edible logo, the minimum order quantity is 8 Dozen.
How soon in advance do I need to book?
As a booking request is not a confirmed order, we require the following notice:
For Custom Dozen Orders without edible logos: 14 Days (2 Weeks).
For Custom Dozen Orders with edible logos: 21 Days (3 Weeks).
We source our edible logos from an external supplier and have built-in production and delivery timeframes for this ingredient as part of our 21-day notice request.

What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery costs are dependant on your location, and the size of your order. Along with a quote for your requested product - if you select delivery as your preferred method of obtaining the doughnuts, we will confirm if a delivery service is available to your location, and the cost.
How do I pay for my order?
After submitting your order request via the Custom Order Request Form, one of our team members will be in touch within 2 business days to discuss your order and finalize payment. Payment will be required 10 days prior to your booking date if confirmed.
How much notice is required to cancel my order?
Custom orders must be canceled 7 or more dates prior to the confirmed collection or delivery date. Any orders canceled less than 7 days prior to the confirmed booking date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
How can I change my order?
Changes must be made 7 or more days prior to your confirmed collection or delivery date.
Can I Order in Store?
Our Custom Doughnut offering is an online exclusive and cannot be ordered or booked in-store.
