Do you deliver to my area?

We have FREE delivery to selected suburbs for purchases of 3 or more dozen from our stores in NSW, ACT, QLD and VIC to your home or work place. Selected suburbs fall within an 8km radius of our stores. Signature upon delivery is required so make sure you are there!

How much does it cost?

Original Glazed dozens are $14.95, assorted dozens are $19.95.

Purchase 3 dozen or more in our delivery area and receive FREE delivery.

Nothing will stop us getting our doughnuts to you though so we have special delivery rates available for orders outside our FREE delivery area. Call 1300 KK 2 YOU (1300 552 968) for more information.

All prices are inclusive of GST.

Can I pay C.O.D.?

Cash on delivery is not accepted. Credit card payment is required for Dozens Delivery.

A tax invoice will be available to you when we process payment of your order the day before your sweet treat arrives.

What credit cards do you accept?

Major credit cards are accepted - Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Diners Club.

Bankcard is not available at Krispy Kreme.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order for delivery but to receive FREE delivery you must purchase a minimum of 3 dozen and be within our delivery area.

Orders of less than 3 dozen will incur an $10 charge.

Can I change my order?

Of course! Changes to your Dozens Delivery order will be accepted until 3pm AEST the weekday prior to delivery.

Can I pick my own mix of assorted doughnuts?

We have made the selection for the assorted dozen and have chosen 12 of our favourites!

Currently the ‘pick your own’ service in stores is not available through the Dozens Delivery program, but we would love your feedback. Call us on 1300 KK 2 YOU (1300 552 968).

Do you accept vouchers or coupons with my Dozens Delivery order?

Sorry but we do not accept coupons or vouchers in the Dozens Delivery program.

Can I order some for delivery today (same day delivery)?

We know life can get busy so we will endeavour to place your same day order but we will need to liase with our courier company.  Therefore it is best to please call us on 1300 KK 2 YOU (1300 552 968) and we can try to assist

When do you deliver?

We can deliver your sweet treat any weekday except public holidays.

We will endeavour to deliver before 10am within Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne CBD and before 11am for all other delivery areas.
