Our Ice Kreme is made from skim milk and contains between 4-8% butterfat, compared to regular ice cream which is made from 10-18% butterfat. All Ice Kreme flavours contain Glucose Syrup/Glucose-Fructose syrup made from wheat.
All Ice Kreme is made with equipment that also processes products that contain milk, egg and nuts.
